What makes a great teacher?

                                                                                                                            

During our learning process we have known different kinds of teachers. I can tell you that I have known some of those teachers. These teachers have differents personalities and ways to teach, but I think a great teacher is someone who feels like another student in the classroom and during his or her process teaching. I tell you that beacause if the teacher observes his/her students and can see one problem in their learning this teacher investigates to help students and not only said " ok! students you have to learn and the same way that I teach, if you don`t undesrtand it`s your problem." COME ON! what is that?.

Another thing that makes a teacher great is the manner that he/she uses too teach and for me that good way to teach is a motivated way beacause if the teacher speak low and looks like angry, sad, tired, etc,. he/she transmits to studentsn then students don`t want to be at least in the classroom.

A teacher is great when develop his/her classes with pasion, if the students see that they will be confortable and they will want to be in the classroom may be no to learn, but they will.

                                                                                                                              

                                                                                                                             

Finally, another thin that makes a teacher grate is to have a good realationship with students, to have a friendship and respect them as humans. I mean that a teacher has to be a helper for students, a friend, etc.

a great teacher is a teacher who knows about the subject and about the topic that she or he will teach, but knows how to teach.

                                                                                                                                                

AN IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE FOR TEACHING

I read the chapter number one of the book qualities of effective teachers. The part number one says what we have to do an effective teacher where we can read different prerequisites of effective teacher. All of the prerequisites are importants to be an efective teacher, for example to have an ability to speak is necessary to communicate with our students, but it depens the level of the studens can have, may be the teacher can speak quickly and can say this can say that but we have to thing if the students' level is good to learn or to understand to us in a good way. I think that we could speak using strange words but our goal is that students can understand the class. With the requisites  " Educational course work ", "teacher Certification  ". etc. I agree because to study about people, how to manage our class, and to have experiences working wirh studens are things that we have to have to be an effective teacher. 

My favorite and the most important prerequisite is CONTENT KNOWLEDGE AND EFFECTIVE TEACHING because if we know the content perfectly and we are teachers who can teach no matter what topic we have to teach. I can read if the teacher know alot he/her will be able to create a good proccess learnig and the teacher will be able to teac in a good way.
