During our learning process we have known different kinds of teachers. I can tell you that I have known some of those teachers. These teachers have differents personalities and ways to teach, but I think a great teacher is someone who feels like another student in the classroom and during his or her process teaching. I tell you that beacause if the teacher observes his/her students and can see one problem in their learning this teacher investigates to help students and not only said " ok! students you have to learn and the same way that I teach, if you don`t undesrtand it`s your problem." COME ON! what is that?.
Another thing that makes a teacher great is the manner that he/she uses too teach and for me that good way to teach is a motivated way beacause if the teacher speak low and looks like angry, sad, tired, etc,. he/she transmits to studentsn then students don`t want to be at least in the classroom.
A teacher is great when develop his/her classes with pasion, if the students see that they will be confortable and they will want to be in the classroom may be no to learn, but they will.
Finally, another thin that makes a teacher grate is to have a good realationship with students, to have a friendship and respect them as humans. I mean that a teacher has to be a helper for students, a friend, etc.
a great teacher is a teacher who knows about the subject and about the topic that she or he will teach, but knows how to teach.
